2ND Annual Skiers VS Cyclists Timetrial on Snow

2/17/11: Conditions are being watched. The Park will groom for the event if they can and there's anything left to groom. Decision Friday afternoon

The snow version of the Skiers vs Cyclists Timetrial. A chance for a little payback for the skiers. Everyone is welcome. You need not have participated in the Road TT last Summer. If you're a Ride and Glide Winter member you are already paid up for this event. If not you'll need to join the Summer program for $5. That will give you access to all the Summer events including the Withrow TT Series this upcoming season.

There will be absolutely no new-member on-site registration. Existing member walk-ons OK (Confused? drop me an e-mail)

Online registration will close Feb 19th at 8am

Saturday Feb 19. A week before the Birke. The perfect pre-birke workout. Short-Hard effort. Speed Work

Lake Elmo Park Reserve: 11AM. 6K of basically flat terrain (The A loop, we may change to a new loop). Interval starts, Two skiers at a time

Show up at 10:30 to get your start assignment. Bring an old race bib if you have one (I have extras).
Meet inside in the warming house.
First skiers go off no earlier than 11:00. Depends on how organized we get.
Prizes for the best of both? We'll come up with something
Come out and check out the new skate trails. (they will be lighted next year!)

Bring old Birke/Mora/COL etc bibs for your race numbers. (I have lots of extras if you don't have one)

Come early, ski a lap for warm-up, do the race, ski a lap for cool-down
