September and October
Regular roller skiing on Tuesday nights.  Other informal roller skiing and dryland on weekends and evenings until it snows.  The best thing you can do between now and when it snows is to go pole hiking at a local park for a few hours.  This will get you ready so when the snow comes you won't be as sore and tired. Members should e-mail their relevant activities if they want some company.  Use the e-mail list provided
